Our Story
23:23 Designs is a social enterprise, co-founded by Sonali Pal and Himanshu Pal in 2018. Since its inception, 23:23 Designs has embarked on a transformative journey with a core mission of driving positive change. Their goal is to connect people to products and the planet, fostering meaningful interactions that serve a greater good. This venture seeks to address pressing environmental and social challenges by promoting sustainability and supporting local communities. By linking individuals with ethical and eco-conscious products, 23:23 Designs creates opportunities for responsible consumption while advocating for a cause-driven lifestyle.
Our Mission
Our mandate is "People | Planet | Partnerships." We primarily work in the social development sector, collaborating with NGOs, SHGs, Trusts, Societies, Clusters, and Social Enterprises. We support initiatives through market linkages, product development and diversification, project management, skill development, capacity building, business development, education, and training, fostering sustainable growth and impact across various communities and organizations.
History of Earth Mela
Earth Mela, launched in 2017 by 23:23 Designs & Sourcing, has evolved into a significant platform supporting women entrepreneurs and promoting sustainable living. With continued support from the Italian Embassy, 2024 will mark its 6th edition, fostering market linkages for women entrepreneurs while championing eco-conscious products and creating livelihood opportunities for artisans and underrepresented communities. Earth Mela also serves as a hub for raising awareness about sustainability and responsible consumption.

Sonali Pal, Co-Founder
